Job Description
Major Responsibilities:
- Defining the sales strategy in the selected market
- Commercial accountability includes reaching margin & the volume targets along with establishing growth through the right choice of portfolio with the help marketing tools for given geographies.
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
- Furthermore, accountability involves working together with marketing, supply chain, and other distribution colleagues in order to increase our presence in the distribution market.
- Relevant industry experience is the must.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of management
- Have a strong understanding of sales and marketing and proven ability to see an idea through to full implementation.
- High-energy, self-starter that is assertive, possesses a high degree of self-confidence and intellectual curiosity, exhibits a bias for action and demonstrates good executive presence-
- Annual CTC: 3L- 4L + sales commission.
