Position: Customer Relationship Manager
Skills required:looking for immediate joiner, knowledge in real estate
Work location: Chennai. Sigaram belongs to Real Estate and Construction since 2004.
We provide enormous projects in Chennai not only real estates, sigaram enhance with different Sector of business i,e - ( Schools, Adventure theme park, Restaurants, Gym, Spa, clinic, Business Center, Banquet)....
Responsibilities:
1.Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction. 2.Registration handling.
3.Follow-up on leads, Collections/ Payment Follow Ups with Customer and Drive post sales activity.
4.Address and manage escalated customer queries & Improving business relationship with Customers & Customer retention.
5.Sales & CRM budget, bookings and cancellations.
Requirements:
1. Excellent knowledge of MS Office
2. Familiarity with CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships
3.Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
4. Good Communication in Tamil and English
