- You have to recruit agents/advisors.
- You have to train, motivate and get the business through them.
- Your Team of agents/advisors will on a commission basis while you will be direct payroll of the company.
Desired profile :
- He/She Must be minimum graduate with the experience of minimum 2 to 14 years in direct sales/retail sales ,marketing, and business development, clients servicing, etc.
- The person must be in City for a minimum period of 3 years or more and must have good social circle/contacts within the city.
- Must possess good communication skills.
- Must not be a job hopper Candidates from any industry can contact.
- Remuneration is best in the industry.
