- (PAN INDIA)
- SALARY PACKAGE UPTO 2.40 L TO 4.75L + INCE
- Designation: - /Sales Manager/Agency Manager/Sales Development Manager/Relationship Manager
- To identify potential Financial Advisors & recruit them from your natural contact & references.
- To schedule training of the advisors for products training, IRDA process & regulations & sales & soft skills.
- To schedule the IRDA Exam for the prospect Advisor & generating their Code.
- Set targets for advisors, review them & consistently motivate them to generate maximum business out of them.
- Designing contests & arranging campaign s for lead generation of prospective clients & advisors.
- Reporting in to the Branch Manager.
