Job Description
Sales/Business Manager with experience in selling our Oracle Solutions, Services and SaaS Product (https://tess360.com, https://hrss360.com), will be a front-line quota-carrying resource responsible for generating leads and taking the lead to closing sales.
Primarily a hunter sales position responsible for prospecting activities to maintain 3x pipeline to over-achieve assigned quota, made up primarily of new customers and expanding some customers in the Regional territory assignment. Role targets would be Partners and Direct Customer CEOs, CFOs, CIOs.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute against strategic account plans
- Solution Sales: Drive sales for Cloud based SaaS product and associated implementation/integration Services within an assigned territory or set of named accounts
- Client Relationships: Gains customer acceptance by explaining solution value propositions; leverage knowledge of industry challenges and opportunities to build trust and respect with current and future customers
- Cross-Team Coordination: Serves as a critical team member of solution sales; collaborate with multiple specialists, sales engineers and customers at one time
- Forecasting and Reporting: Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and reports to inform management's strategic decision-making
- Having Enterprenural attitude, Lead Generation capabilities, Building Partners and sourcing projects.
Experience:
- Experience selling corporate travel and expense management solution would be preferable
- Graduate, Post Graduate or equivalent educational background
- 3-5 years of demonstrated successful high-tech sales experience including sales of complex technical products to a fortune 1000 territory
- Proven ability to drive and close deals of all sizes
