Job Description
Sales Manager Role: Reaching out to & making cold cold calls to potential buyers, line up product demos, dazzle them up with the demos, and close them into paying customers. Field visits & cold visits of B2B clients, starting conversations on the products and leading them to it. This requires observation & capacity to understand clients & how they think. Work with team to define team level targets & deliverables, if required. Understand custom client requirements, and work with the product team to work them into the product roadmap & features. Work with clients to maximize the product uage. Required Background: 2 5 years of direct feet on the ground sales and focussing on IT products. Engineering background preferred, with Masters / MBA a bonus Strong communication skills Strong self-drive & motivation to give the best output Ability to work in a target driven environment, and get best outputs from a team.,
