Job Description
The Senior Sales Manager has to generate revenue as specified in goal sheet on monthly /quarterly/annually basis. He/she will be responsible for generating sales revenue. As Senior Sales Manager, will be responsible to interact with potential clients and doing site visits and help clients in buying real estate as per their specific needs through our unique need based identification sales process. You will get monthly quarterly incentives on your performance and Additionally you will collaborate with company executives to develop strategic plans for business growth based on short-term and long-term goals, communicate those goals with your team leader and acheive your goals.
Individual sales profile role with next promotion as team manager.
Oversee day-to-day business sales revenue generation through selling residential and commercial properties in gurgaon from all developers.
Communicate and embody the company vision and values.
Follow policies and performance standards
Evaluate your performance and devise plans for sales improvement
Communication skills are key to increasing managements effectiveness with both superiors and subordinates.
Leadership skills are pertinent to providing and seeking out continuing education opportunities and fostering a growth mindset.
Time management skills are important in prioritizing tasks to ensure that projects are completed by deadlines and streamlining processes to maximize productivity.
Negotiation and mediation skills are necessary in finding opportunities to resolve conflicts efficiently and favourably decision-making skills are key to weighing the costs and benefits of various options and determining the best course of action to achieve company goals
