Job Description
- Directly responsible in all aspects of spoke operations such as Target achievement, Appraisals, On-Time-Repayment, Documentation.
- Specifically, monitor performances all spokes.
- Improve productivity continuously.
- Research, Analyse and recommend strategies to pilot, main-stream and scale up Individual lending products.
- Recruitment of personnel in collaboration with HR.
- Shall be the single point contact and be responsible for all administration related issues.
