Job Summary
- We are currently looking for a Sales Manager to handle our Sales & Marketing of Coconut Oil in the Kerala market which will include both B2B & Modern Trade.
- Sales Manager should have knowledge of the Edible Oil business & previous experience in the same would be an added advantage.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Achieving growth and hitting sales targets.
- Implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence.
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
- BS/MS degree in business administration/Sales/Marketing or a related field
- Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets would be an added advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Strong business sense and industry expertise.
