To develop the insurance business in the assigned area. Strategic planning for business development of insurance products in coordination. Training of the advisors on Product, Processes, and Policies as defined by the Head office. Relationship building with insurance companies and liasioning for activity management. Activity Planning, Execution, and overall management. Secondary Role Operational Assistance to various mapped partners for logins and issuance. Involvement in doing Business Opportunity Presentation for bringing new advisors/partners in the business. Required Candidate profile Required Candidate profileIn-Depth Knowledge of Insurance products. Good convincing Power & Good Communications skills both verbal and written. Team handling experience candidate preferred. Must have Sales Attitude.
