Experience; 3 To 6 years
Location: Mumbai
Job Descriptions for Sales Manager:
- Recruitment of customer data based potential, of good market knowledge and experienced or suitable executive,
- Team handling in such a way that all the sales officers can meet their individual sales target of logins and achieving individual sales target/ team target.
- Training new joinees to present one shot documentation at the ime of login to avoid queries of Credit Deptt.
- Checking DVRs, Monitoring sale executives to make them perform accordingly.
- To meet customers, connectors or DSAs along with concerned executive to convince them company business policy in a much better way than an executive whenever or wherever required for maximum penetration/ business profitability.
- Supervising sales officers activities done and guiding sales team for better sales plans.
- Daily reporting of sales activities done and plans to be done to reporting authority/BM
- Updating proper information about customers financials/ backgrounds/ Family/ Property/ Personal and business profile to concerned reporting authority /BM in time to safeguard co. interest.
- Adopting the best corporate culture/Code of conduct, Respecting seniors and ensuring the best customer relationship possible to customers of the co.
