Job Description
- Have to maintain good relations with each of the clients.
- Core responsibility to deliver a prompt & superlative service to the existing client allotted to my team.
- By providing best services, as a team responsible for collecting renewal business & up-sell the other premium product to the existing client.
- Have to visit along with the Service executive to understand client’s requirements & to create an opportunity for the service executive to pitch new up-sell product.
- Also have to make call along with the executive to close the deals, if required.
- Responsible to identify the customers who can opt for the company’s premium products, have to create a healthy relationships with those clients & have to make them understand the benefits of it.
- Responsible to achieve a Target of the team & individual executives as well.
