- Complete responsibility of running the team and infra at the branch.
- On weekends, handle clients himself.
- Personally handle difficult customers.
- Get the collection done wherever the payments are stuck.
- Ensure that the coordination between marketing, sales, legal and collection is smooth.
- Pull into the organization the best sales talent available in the market.
- Motivate the team to ensure that the sales targets are met.
- Responsible for the branch revenue. Ensure team performs as per the targets and the branch is growing and profitable.
