Job description for SALES MANAGER
Roles and Responsibilities
1) Connecting (Cold Calling) clients on daily basis and briefing them about
the properties ensuring their requirements are fulfilled.
2) Generating 2 meeting Prospects (Average) on daily basis.
3) Constant follow-ups on prospective leads and inviting clientele for the
site Visits.
4) Building Client relationship, briefing them about our various projects
along with arrangements of site visits.
5)Monitor customer preferences to determine focus of sales efforts.
6)Visit to Sites as per the plan set with Clients and escorting them
throughout the site ensuring all specifications/amenities etc. are
briefed them properly.
7) Revenue Generation aligned with the achievement of Monthly Targets.
Desired Candidate Profile
1) Impeccable profile with high professionalism.
2) Must have his own Conveyance.
3) Must be a Street Smart
4) Good communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
5) Excellence in sales and marketing with positive attitude and team
6) playing ability.
7) A flair for establishing an instant rapport with clients.
8) Dynamic, aggressive, result oriented and self-starter.
9) Ability to work independently.
10) Initiative and enterprise
