- Responsible for the development and performance of all sales activities in assigned MARKET.
- Maintain contact with all clients in the market to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
- Responsible for justification set by the organization.
- Responsible for identifying customer needs and providing them investment options in our real estate products.
- Managing sales team and motivating them for meeting sales targets
- Managing site visits and closing sales with customers.
- Maintain activity records in Company's CRM modules daily.
- To play an active role in handling potential customers during Sales events.
- To be able to coherently explain project features to potential customers from varied backgrounds
- Good Communication Skills ( Speaking and Writing)
- Negotiation skills
- Self-Motivated and Hard Working.
- Assists in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed.
