Job description
1. Responsible to achieve cash surplus targeted for the Gym through the team.
2. Responsible for training,
developing retaining and motivating a high-performance team to achieve set
revenue targets
3. Responsible for resolving operational issues at the gym and maintaining the
hygiene & decorum of the gym.
4. Responsible for handling all customer queries, complaints, and providing
superior customer experience.
5. Responsible to conduct team meetings for sales review, equipment management,
and other operational matters pertaining to the gym.
6. Responsible to drive regular audits in sales and operations, procedures and
documents to control misuse of membership, data, records, leakage, cost control
for the gym
