Job Description
v Interacting with existing and prospective clients(Investors, retailers and individuals of high net worth) so as to keep them upbeat with the latest developments and offerings and also making them a part of our future projects,
v Aggressively achieving the sales target,
v Conducting sales calls and closing the leads,
v Continuous follow up with the customers and building & retaining client relationships through continuous follow up with clients for their requirements,
v Conducting market review/studies and analyzing competitor’s activities thereby devising strategies to counter them,
v Representing organization at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations,
v Reviewing your own sales performance, against targets as you gain experience.
Candidates preferred from Real Estate Industry.
