Job Description
The candidate should have flair with 10 yrs experience for selling Real Estate (Residential / Plots) and should have worked in the industry for a minimum of 3 years.
- Responsible for giving the right information about the projects and promoting the same
- Taking up monthly Targets and working closely on them for closures
- Responsible for Lead follow up, project site visit and conversion
- Mailing clients project information prior to site visits
- Mailing clients Term Sheets post site visit
- Managing relationship of existing Channel Partners for driving sales
- Empanelling newer channel partners
- Working with channel partners to push quicker sales during Pre-launch activity
- Taking part in road shows and property events organized by marketing team
- Collect duly filled and signed booking form with Cheque and handover to post sales formalities
- Follow up on lead report and regularly update to the Sales Coordinator
- Regularly report progress on Sales against monthly target to the reporting manager
