Job Purpose: Sales Representatives sell a company's products and services from its headquarters. A list of Sales Representative duties includes taking phone calls, assisting customers, solving customer complaints, placing orders, scheduling appointments, and following up on outbound calls. & Handling the team of 8-10 People.
Responsibilities:
- Managing Sales for Inbound Sales
- Coordinate with the clients, try to know their Requirement & Handling Team to ensure maximum productivity
- Analyze the client's requirement after conversation with them and recommend products, plans or services that will match their needs
- Take follow up of all outbound calls
- Ensure premium level of client satisfaction in one phone call
- Facilitate sales of all products and services according to the client's needs
- Develop and implement strategic sales plan on accommodate corporate goals.
- Guide the sales/marketing team in monitoring competitor products, sales and marketing activities.
- Prepare periodic sales pipeline reports showing sales volume and potential sales.
- Review and analyse sales performances against programs quotes and plans to determine effectiveness.
- Mange All inbound Activity Related to sales like- social media & Lead Generation Activity
- Responsible for motivating the sales team for achieving target and guiding them in planning, & developing sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Train and the assess the strengths and weaknesses of the sales team and manage the sales program accordingly
- Develop creative sales tools, communicating client/dealers feed back to the management.
- Ensure timely preparation of monthly/yearly sales report, MIS etc. and communicate them with the management.
