Job Description

Formulate and implement regional sales plans to achieve market share and sales targets in the region

Establish customer communication channels, supervise and check sales staff's regular visits to customers, and understand customer requirements

Handle customer complaints in a timely manner, improve customer satisfaction, and establish long-term, good and stable regional cooperative relations

Communicate with customer service, technology and other related departments, coordinate product arrival, installation, technical support, after-sales maintenance, etc.

Analyze customer portraits to provide support for decision-making such as sales, procurement, and production

Set assessment goals, regularly evaluate performance, help subordinate employees improve work performance, enhance team cohesion and cooperation spirit
