Key Responsibilities:
Business Development & Client Acquisition:

Identify and onboard wholesalers, retailers, and distributors for men's ethnic wear.

Develop strategies to expand market reach and increase B2B sales.

Generate and qualify leads through market research, networking, and industry events.
Client Relationship Management:

Maintain strong relationships with existing B2B clients to ensure repeat business.

Provide customized solutions and product recommendations based on client needs.

Address customer queries and resolve concerns to ensure satisfaction.
Sales Strategy & Performance Management:

Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to refine sales strategies.

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns.
Order & Inventory Coordination:

Work closely with the production and supply chain teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.

Keep track of stock levels and coordinate with clients for reorders.

Assist in pricing strategies based on market trends and competition.
