Key Responsibilities
Client Acquisition & Business Development:
• Identify potential clients and generate leads for LAP (Loan Against Property).
• Build and manage relationships with DSAs (Direct Sales Associates) and channel partners.
Sales Process Management:
• Ensure smooth loan processing by coordinating with internal teams
. • Monitor the sales pipeline and achieve assigned targets.
Client Relationship Management:
• Understand client needs and offer suitable LAP solutions.
• Maintain long-term relationships to drive repeat business.
Market Research & Competitor Analysis:
• Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to refine sales strategies.
Key Skill & Qualifications
•Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, or related field.
•3 years minimum experience in Retail loans -Mortgage & Managing Business from DSA-DIRECT SALES ASSOCIATES
•Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
•Proficient with CRM software and office applications
