We’re Hiring: Client Communications & Conversion Manager

₹20,000–₹40,000/month + conversion-based incentives

Houspire is an AI-powered online interior design company. We’re looking for a confident communicator to turn interested enquiries into paid clients. This is a warm-lead conversion role—no cold calling.

Your role

• Connect with prospective clients through calls and WhatsApp.

• Understand their requirements and recommend suitable packages.

• Explain services, pricing, deliverables, and timelines.

• Handle questions, follow up consistently, and close conversions.

• Maintain lead records and coordinate handovers to the design team.

What we’re looking for

• Excellent English and Hindi communication.

• Strong listening, relationship-building, and sales skills.

• Organized, self-driven, and comfortable using CRM tools.

• Preferably 1–3 years in sales, client servicing, or customer success. Interiors-related experience is a plus.
