Job Summary
The Sales Manager is responsible for leading and managing the sales team to achieve sales targets, expand customer base, and increase revenue. Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Strategy & Planning

Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with business goals.

2. Team Management

Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate the sales team.

3. Customer Relationship Management

Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. MBA is a plus.

Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role.
