Job Summary:
The Sales Manager is a leadership role responsible for overseeing and guiding a team of sales professionals to achieve the organization’s revenue and customer acquisition goals. Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Planning and Strategy

Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with the company’s short-term and long-term business goals.

Set realistic sales targets and create action plans for achieving them.
2. Team Leadership and Development

Recruit, train, mentor, and manage a team of sales executives or representatives.

Motivate and inspire the team to meet and exceed sales goals through coaching and rewards.
3. Sales Execution and Client Acquisition

Oversee the execution of sales strategies across territories or product segments.

Participate in client meetings, presentations, and negotiations when required.
4. Performance Monitoring and Reporting

Generate weekly/monthly reports on sales performance, challenges, and growth areas.

Use CRM systems and tools to monitor lead progress, customer interactions, and sales metrics.
5. Customer Relationship Management

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective service and after-sales support.

Address escalated client issues and resolve conflicts professionally.

Collect customer feedback to improve product offerings or service quality.
6. Collaboration with Other Departments

Coordinate with marketing, product, finance, and customer support teams for seamless sales operations.

7. Market Expansion and Business Development
