Job Description
JD: Sales Manager – High-End luxury consumer AV product.
· Develop sales and marketing strategies to drive sales growth in the assigned area.
· Develop and manage an efficient distribution network to improve sales performance.
· Cultivate strong relationships with dealers, system integrators, AV consultants, Architects, Interior Designers, high-net-worth clients /notable professionals/high profile individuals.
· Conduct market research to understand competitors and market trends.
· Identify new market potential and regions.
· Oversee in-store events and promotions.
· Collaborate with marketing for effective promotional strategies.
· Lead negotiations for high-ticket AV projects/ sales to dealer, collaborating closely with B2B and B2C consumers to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
· Exhibit finesse and acumen in closing significant sales, contributing to revenue growth and market dominance.
· Provide exemplary customer service, addressing client’s needs, and ensuring lasting satisfaction and loyalty.
· Pre-sales.
Requirements:
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and a captivating presence, well-suited for engaging with high-profile clients and stakeholders.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to navigate complex deal structures.
- Adept at understanding and communicating the value proposition of luxury product market.
- High degree of emotional intelligence and cultural awareness.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and sales software and MS office ( Excel, Power Point, Word).
