Job Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate leads in the printing & packaging industry

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients

  • Understand client requirements and offer tailored packaging solutions

  • Prepare quotations, negotiate deals, and close sales

  • Coordinate with the production and design team for a smooth order execution

  • Meet sales targets and report the progress regularly


Requirements:

  • 5 to 10 years of proven experience in sales within printing or packaging

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and client handling skills

  • Knowledge of the rigid boxes, mono cartons, or premium packaging is a must

  • Ability to work under deadlines and achieve the monthly targets
