Job Description
Job Summary: We are looking for a results-driven Sales Manager with real estate experience to lead our sales team, drive revenue, and build strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership, market analysis, and closing high-value deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand client requirements and provide property solutions accordingly.
- Generate leads through various channels: digital platforms, cold calling, site visits, referrals, etc.
- Conduct site visits and present properties in a professional manner.
- Follow up with potential clients and maintain relationships with existing clients.
- Handle negotiations and assist in finalizing deals.
- Coordinate with builders/developers and handle documentation processes.
- Maintain knowledge of local real estate market trends, pricing, legal requirements, and competition.
- Meet monthly sales targets and provide regular reporting to the sales manager.
Req. Qualifications:
*2+ years of real estate sales management experience.
*Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
*Proven ability to drive sales and manage a team.
