About the Role :An exciting opportunity has arisen to join as an Assistant Sales Manager – Transactions. Working closely with the founders, you will focus on conducting site visits, negotiating leases and managing key terms under lease agreements. This role offers valuable exposure to a young, energetic team and provides a strong gateway into a career in commercial real estate. Key Responsibilities:• Sourcing and negotiating new space requirements. • Liaising directly with clients throughout the negotiation process and keeping them updated on outcomes and local market trends to achieve the best possible outcomes. • Canvassing to create tenant opportunities and making recommendations to clients. • Liaising with other agents to obtain relevant market information. • Regularly conducting inspections, meetings and presentations with owners and clients. Requirements & Qualifications:• Ability to work, interact and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. • Ability to connect with young start-ups, SMEs and corporates while building strong professional relationships. • Self-motivated with strong sales skills, including the ability to find and close deals. • Result-oriented performer with a proactive approach to business development.
