Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales initiatives, manage a team of sales executives, and drive business growth by developing and implementing effective sales strategies. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in achieving sales targets, team leadership, and developing strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
The Sales Manager will play a crucial role in expanding the company's customer base, improving revenue performance, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This position demands strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the sales process.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Strategy & Execution

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed business goals.

Work with the senior management team to align sales strategies with company objectives.
2. Team Management & Leadership

Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales executives or representatives.

Monitor performance, provide coaching, and conduct regular evaluations.

Organize weekly meetings and set clear targets, KPIs, and performance benchmarks.
3. Business Development

Identify new business opportunities through networking, referrals, market research, and outbound outreach.

Build long-term relationships with potential and existing clients to maintain repeat business.

Negotiate and close deals with key accounts or clients.
4. Client Relationship Management

Understand customer needs and provide appropriate product or service solutions.

Ensure timely response to client inquiries and resolve issues professionally.

Conduct regular follow-ups and build lasting customer relationships.
5. Reporting & Forecasting

Track, analyze, and report on sales performance using CRM tools or Excel dashboards.

Provide accurate sales forecasts, pipelines, and market intelligence reports to management.

Review territory performance and recommend adjustments to sales plans as needed.
6. Market & Competitor Analysis

Stay up to date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings.

Use insights to refine sales tactics, pricing models, and value propositions.

Contribute feedback to marketing or product development teams based on customer inputs.
