Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales initiatives, manage a team of sales executives, and drive business growth by developing and implementing effective sales strategies. Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Strategy & Execution

2. Team Management & Leadership

Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales executives or representatives.

3. Business Development

Identify new business opportunities through networking, referrals, market research, and outbound outreach.

4. Client Relationship Management

Understand customer needs and provide appropriate product or service solutions.

Ensure timely response to client inquiries and resolve issues professionally.

5. Reporting & Forecasting

Track, analyze, and report on sales performance using CRM tools or Excel dashboards.

Provide accurate sales forecasts, pipelines, and market intelligence reports to management.

6. Market & Competitor Analysis

Stay up to date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings.
