Job Title: Sales Manager – IT & Services
Location: Navi Mumbai- Belapur
Reports To: Sales Director

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our IT & Services sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, particularly within the IT sector, and possess strong leadership and strategic planning skills. This role requires a proactive individual who can identify new business opportunities, foster client relationships, and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development:
Identify and target new business opportunities and markets.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.
Client Engagement:
Initiate contact with potential clients through visits, calls, and presentations.
Understand and assess client needs to provide tailored solutions.
Negotiate pricing and contract terms to close sales effectively.
Account Management:
Manage and expand existing client accounts to maximize revenue.
Ensure timely delivery of products and services to clients.
Follow up on post-delivery support and address any issues promptly.
Team Leadership:
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets.
Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team performance.
Set clear objectives and monitor team progress.
Market Analysis:
Research market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
Provide feedback to the product development team for continuous improvement.
Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
Prepare and present sales reports to senior management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
Minimum years of experience in sales, preferably in IT & Services.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong understanding of IT products and services.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Ability to analyse data and market trends to inform sales strategies.
