Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Strategy & Business Planning:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies for residential/commercial/luxury projects.

Create and monitor monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans and revenue targets.

Analyze market trends, competitor performance, and customer behavior to refine strategies.
2. Team Leadership & Management:
-
Lead, train, and motivate a team of sales executives or property consultants.
-
Assign targets, track performance, and provide regular coaching and feedback.
-
Conduct regular team meetings and sales reviews to track progress and resolve issues.
3. Client Relationship Management:
-
Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNIs), investors, brokers, and channel partners.

Oversee end-to-end customer interactions from inquiry to booking and post-sales service.
-
Address client concerns professionally and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
4. Sales Operations & Closures:
-
Ensure lead management, timely follow-ups, and high conversion ratios through the CRM system.
-
Support the team in closing high-value property deals and negotiating favorable terms.
-
Coordinate with the legal and documentation teams for agreements, payment terms, and registration.
5. Coordination & Reporting:
-
Collaborate with marketing and digital teams to plan and execute promotional campaigns.

Work with site and pre-sales teams to ensure property availability and updated inventory.
-
Generate daily/weekly/monthly sales reports and present performance metrics to management.
