Job Summary:
The Sales Manager is responsible for leading and driving the sales team to achieve revenue targets, expand customer base, and grow the company’s market presence. This role involves developing effective sales strategies, managing client relationships, mentoring team members, and ensuring the smooth execution of the sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Strategy & Planning:

Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive sales strategies aligned with company goals.

Set monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the team and ensure they are met or exceeded.

2. Team Management:

3. Lead Generation & Business Development:

4. Sales Execution & Client Management:

Manage the complete sales process including prospecting, pitching, negotiations, and closing.

5. Performance Monitoring & Reporting:

Track individual and team performance using KPIs such as conversion rate, sales volume, customer acquisition cost, and client retention rate.

Present regular sales updates and forecasts to senior management.
6. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
