Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Strategy & Planning

Develop and implement effective sales plans to achieve revenue goals.

Set monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the team.
2. Team Leadership & Management

Lead, motivate, and guide the sales team to achieve targets.

Provide training, mentoring, and performance evaluations.

Allocate territories and responsibilities to team members.

Foster a positive and competitive work environment.
3. Business Development & Client Acquisition

Build strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

Identify key accounts and develop customized sales strategies.

Conduct presentations, meetings, and product demos to close deals.

Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients.
4. Revenue & Performance Monitoring

Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance.

Prepare sales forecasts and financial projections.

Monitor KPIs such as conversion rates, revenue growth, and client retention.

Submit regular reports to senior management.
5. Collaboration & Coordination

Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies.

Coordinate with the operations and product teams to ensure smooth order delivery.

6. Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

Maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business.
