Job Description
Position Summary
We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead our sales team, manage daily operations, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and closing skills, strong managerial capabilities, and a proven ability to lead and inspire a sales team.
This role involves handling both strategic and day-to-day responsibilities — from customer acquisition and team performance management to client relationship building and operational oversight.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Team Leadership

Lead, guide, and mentor the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.

Conduct regular team meetings, training sessions, and performance evaluations.

Motivate the team with clear goals, constructive feedback, and incentives.
2. Customer Acquisition and Lead Generation

Identify and generate new leads through various channels — field visits, cold calling, digital outreach, and referrals.

Develop and implement strategies to convert leads into paying customers.

Establish and manage a robust sales pipeline.
3. Sales Closing and Target Achievement

Actively participate in high-value negotiations and complex sales closures.

Support the team in handling objections, presenting value propositions, and closing deals efficiently.

Ensure monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets are met or exceeded.
4. Customer Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure long-term engagement and repeat business.

Regularly interact with key customers to understand their needs and provide proactive solutions.

Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations with professionalism.
5. Operations and Daily Management

Oversee daily sales operations and ensure the smooth execution of processes.

Monitor team activities, track sales metrics, and prepare detailed reports for senior management.

Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., marketing, finance, logistics) to support sales operations.
6. Market Intelligence and Strategy

Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activity.

Recommend changes or improvements to sales tactics based on feedback and performance analysis.

Collaborate with the marketing team for campaigns, promotions, and brand visibility.
