Position Overview:
The Sales Manager is responsible for leading, developing, and motivating a team of sales executives to achieve revenue targets, expand the company’s customer base, and strengthen market presence. This role involves strategic planning, team leadership, client relationship management, and performance monitoring. The Sales Manager will also play a hands-on role in securing major accounts and ensuring client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Strategy & Planning

Develop and implement sales strategies to meet organizational goals and objectives.

Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

Create monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans with clear targets.
2. Team Leadership & Development

Recruit, train, and mentor sales team members.

Assign sales targets and territories to the team.

Motivate the team through incentives, recognition programs, and continuous engagement.
3. Client Relationship Management

Maintain and grow relationships with existing key clients.

Handle high-value negotiations and close major deals.

Ensure exceptional after-sales service to retain customers.
4. Sales Operations & Reporting

Track sales metrics and generate performance reports for senior management.

Ensure the sales process is followed consistently across the team.

Manage budgets, sales forecasts, and expense control.
5. Collaboration & Coordination

Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and lead generation activities.

Coordinate with operations, logistics, and finance teams to ensure smooth order execution.

Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
