Job Description

Job Title: Sales Manager

Location: Coimbatore
(Candidate must be based in Coimbatore or willing to relocate)

Experience: 1 to 5 Years

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager with knowledge of Electrical, Electronics, and Solar Systems. The candidate should have strong negotiation skills, client handling experience, and be comfortable with field work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new leads through field sales activities

  • Handle and manage existing clients effectively

  • Maintain good long-term relationships with clients

  • Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions

  • Negotiate pricing and close sales deals

  • Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets

  • Conduct regular field visits in and around Coimbatore

  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 1 to 5 years of experience in sales (Electrical/Electronics/Solar preferred)

  • Strong knowledge of electrical, electronic, and solar systems

  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills

  • Good client handling and relationship management abilities

  • Experience in field sales and lead generation

  • Willingness to relocate to Coimbatore if not local
