Job Description
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in residential, commercial, and industrial segments.
Build and manage a high-performing sales team; coach and mentor team members.
Cultivate relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, retailers, and distributors.
Manage key accounts and negotiate high-value deals.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends to adjust strategies accordingly.
Coordinate with the marketing team for lead generation, branding, and promotional campaigns.
Ensure timely reporting, CRM updates, and sales forecasts.
Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and industry networking events.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Strategy Development:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and overall company growth.

Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify sales opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.

Collaborate with senior management to set long-term sales goals, forecasts, and business development objectives.
2. Team Management & Leadership:

Lead and manage a team of sales executives, providing guidance, support, and motivation to ensure the team achieves their sales goals.

Hire, train, and onboard new sales team members, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge and tools to succeed.

Organize and conduct regular performance reviews, set individual goals, and provide constructive feedback.

Foster a high-performance, customer-centric sales culture within the team.
3. Sales Target & Performance Monitoring:

Set individual and team sales targets, track performance, and ensure that targets are met or exceeded.

Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales activities, providing reports to senior management and making necessary adjustments.

Use sales data to identify areas for improvement and take corrective actions when performance falls short.
4. Customer Relationship Management:

Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.

Assist the sales team in closing high-value deals, negotiating contracts, and resolving any customer issues.

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering top-notch products and services, and providing excellent after-sales support.
5. Sales Forecasting & Reporting:

Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts, analyzing trends and offering insights into the team’s performance and market conditions.

Report on team progress, including tracking achievements versus sales quotas and addressing any challenges.

Present results to senior management and contribute to strategic planning meetings.
6. Budget Management:

Manage the sales department budget, allocating resources efficiently to ensure sales objectives are met.

Oversee the approval of discounts, pricing strategies, and promotions to ensure they align with overall sales strategies and profit margins.
7. Marketing & Promotions:

Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales and marketing strategies, ensuring campaigns support sales objectives.

Participate in the planning and execution of product launches, promotional events, or trade shows to generate sales leads and increase brand visibility.
8. Market Research & Competitive Analysis:

Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and buying behaviors.

9. Training & Development:
