Key Responsibilities:

Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales representatives to ensure productivity and target achievement.

Provide ongoing coaching, training, and support to the sales team to improve their performance.

Conduct performance reviews and set individual sales targets for the team.

Client Relationship Management:

Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and stakeholders.

Identify opportunities to increase customer loyalty and retention.

Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction.

Sales Process Management:

Oversee the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals.

Ensure that sales operations are efficient and follow best practices.

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and sales materials.

Business Development:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities, both locally and internationally, depending on company strategy.

Engage in networking, industry events, and conferences to promote the company’s products and services.

Sales Reporting and Analysis:

Analyze sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management.

Work closely with the production and operations teams to ensure that customer orders are fulfilled on time and to specification.
