Job Description
Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership and Development:
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team performance targets. Provide ongoing coaching, training, and performance feedback to foster professional growth and high morale. -
Sales Strategy and Planning:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies that align with company objectives. Identify new markets and customer segments, and create plans to increase market share and brand awareness. -
Target Achievement:
Set realistic sales goals for the team and ensure they are consistently met or exceeded. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and make data-driven decisions to improve performance and outcomes. -
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and business partners. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through personalized service, follow-ups, and effective problem resolution. -
Sales Forecasting and Reporting:
Analyze sales trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to prepare accurate forecasts and reports. Present regular performance updates and recommendations to senior management. -
Business Development:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and outreach activities. Attend industry events and trade shows to represent the company and generate leads. -
Collaboration with Other Departments:
Work closely with marketing, product development, finance, and operations to ensure seamless execution of sales campaigns and customer service excellence. -
Contract Negotiation:
Lead contract negotiations with key clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and adherence to company policies. Review pricing strategies and proposals to maximize profitability. -
Process Improvement:
Continuously evaluate and improve the sales process, tools, and systems to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Implement best practices and sales methodologies across the team. -
Compliance and Documentation:
Ensure that all sales activities and transactions are conducted in compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and ethical standards. Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
