We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven Sales Manager to join our growing team. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing a sales team, developing and implementing effective sales strategies, and ensuring the company achieves its sales goals and objectives. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a proven sales track record, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and market trends.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and take corrective actions when needed.

2. Team Management & Training:

  • Recruit, train, and mentor sales representatives and executives.
  • Set clear sales goals and performance expectations for the team.
  • Motivate and guide the team to improve productivity and customer engagement.

3. Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Handle negotiations, contract discussions, and deal closures.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

4. Reporting & Market Analysis:

  • Track and analyze sales reports, market trends, and competitor activities.
  • Provide weekly/monthly sales forecasts and performance updates.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to align sales and promotional efforts.
