Job Description
The job holder performs the following tasks independently, adhering to the statutory conditions and the company’s requirements:
- Acquisition of new Customers (directly)and also along with the existing partners for achieving revenue targets as per business plans.
- Partner Sales Management: Working closely with the Team members of through partner -North and manage Top line Sales along with them.
- Working closely with sales teams within the channel partner to train and advise.
- Manage sales pipeline, forecast monthly sales and identify new business opportunities.
- Regularly meeting with partner organisation on Sales targets and monthly reporting.
- Work closely with marketing on the success of sales promotions / New Product Launches and special products.
- Analyze market trends and accordingly develop sales plans to increase brand awareness.
- Work closely with Product Management for 4P’s (Product, Price, Place, Promotion).
- Work closely with Internal Sales / Customer Serviceteam to address customer service issues as raised by the channel partner.
- Define process / strategies on placement of product ( Distribution channel / Logistics / Inventory).
