- To contribute to the business & profitability of the Mortgage Division by marketing/ selling targeted Mortgage products and solutions to potential and existing customers at targeted yields and enhance new client acquisition by effective networking local area programme & customer relationship management.
- The product portfolio includes Loan against property Lease rental discounting home loans disbursements etc
- To undertake new client acquisition and manage their retention & business volume growth
- To contribute to customer satisfaction enhancement initiatives
- To achieve targeted profitability & fee income
- To ensure policy adherence and documentation
- To formulate periodic MIS for effective monitoring
