Job Description
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
1) Achievement of targeted Business volumes
Achievement of overall monthly sales targets and annual sales targets
Achievement of Brand-wise Sales target with specific focus on thrust brands
Ensuring achievement of targets by each ABM and FO and enhancing productivity
Improve business hygiene by reducing sales returns & expiries
Effective forecasting to ensure smooth availability & distribution of products
Co-ordination with channel partners/ distribution
Ensuring achievement of collection targets
2) KOL Development
Development of a brand specific core customers & supporting the implementation of strategic alliance programs for maximizing ROI from KOLs
Monitoring the efforts of ABMs and FOs with specific focus on ensuring Dr. Call Average of 12 and minimum 95% MCR coverage & 95% coverage of KOLs in each territory
Supporting the implementation of strategic alliance programs for maximizing ROI from KOLs through ensuring periodical visits as mandated by HO
Development & Sustenance of relationships of KOLs through periodical personal visits and follow through
Periodically track the contribution from KOLs and ensure interventions under the guidance of AGMs in protecting & developing the business from KOLs
3) Customer Development
Development of Brands in the region through effective implementation of HO marketing programs apart from implementing local strategies
Ensuring the selection of right customer, right product by implementing the customer targeting process
Taking measures to address slow moving products
Facilitating the performance across various therapies
4) Effective Implementation of Marketing Programs
Ensuring effective implementation of marketing programs thereby develop key brands in each territory through a team of ABMs & FOs
Periodically track the implementation of marketing programs and address the gaps if any
Channelizing the effort of team members to achieve desired results
Tracking the efforts of team members through FFR and ensuring compliance
Implementation of local strategies under guidance of AGMs
