Job Description
Design and implement strategic sales plans to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales
goals
Analyze the market needs, market trends and competition to determine optimum strategies and
tactics to increase sales and improve customer acquisition
Act as the primary point of contact for customers and coordinate sales activities across business
teams including operations, product and marketing
Develop relationships with key Doctors, Hospital, Distributors and build a network of contacts
Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies and tactics as necessary to ensure objectives are
met
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns
Provide coaching and mentoring to team members to support their professional development
Stay up to date on industry trends, regulatory changes and customer needs.
To achieve top line and bottom-line for Cluster and Vertical assigned
To add more products for registration after market survey in coordination to NSM/VH.
To monitor the product mix sales for profitability in consultation with Reporting Manager.
Ensure generation of orders from Wholesalers to Distributors.
Plan and execute Product strategies and promotional inputs in discussion with NSM & Marketing
Identify new business opportunities within the region for growth – organic or inorganic etc.
Send Reports/ feedback to HO on Regular Basis / as and when required
