Section Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & P&L * Responsible for meeting the agreed, committed, and bottom-line plans for the year for each category/brand as assigned. * Meet the overall business objectives. * Driving existing products to expand market share. * Launching new products successfully in the Hospital segment. * Meeting the committed top line & bottom line plans for the year.
Team Management & Development * Lead and manage the sales teams (SMs/ABMs/IBEs) to ensure short and long-range sales volumes and projects are achieved. * Motivating the sales teams. * Coaching and mentoring subordinates and appraising their performance. * Assure that all assigned personnel have the appropriate training and qualification to perform all duties and responsibilities. * Build a successful team to drive the expected growth.
Process & Market Expansion * Oversee the development of sales processes and maintaining hygiene at all levels. * Identifying new markets, customers, geographies, and applications to assure volume growth.
Stakeholder & Expertise * Possess deep experience in hospital working, especially corporate hospitals, and have managed multiple brands and multiple divisions in past experiences. * Building credibility with external and internal stakeholders. * Establishing strong Key Opinion Leader (KOL) connect.
Compliance * Comply with own training requirements to perform the duties of the job.
