Job Description

  • Understanding the current website through extensive back and forth usage.
  • Familiarity with all talent types, producer types, registration forms, profile page, privacy settings, troubleshooting, showreel configurations and everything else. 
  • Align with founders on the current vision and constantly optimize it for future. 
  • Make all possible efforts to understand the current knowledge and experience base on: concept, its need, customers and consumers, marketing efforts made and its results, analytics on all fronts like consumer behavior-preferences and projects short and long term requirements in respect to business development. 
  • Fluency with internal CRM, dialer.
  • Understanding the co-relations of CRM, dialer, reporting and analytics
  • Following the process assigned to you from time to time by project coordinator / product manager / VP business / founders and reporting as per updated structures. 
  • Sound knowledge of social media platforms and great ease in conversing there with customers, directly or indirectly. 
  • Bring customer complaints and ideas to product manager and/or founder's through emails. All communication on this to be either marked as Urgent, Important or Suggestion. Follow up till you have a confirmation of viewership from concerened person.
  • Maintain all call and communication records intact, impeccable and error free. 
  • Communicating the concept and listening to the user on the other end of the call. Be conversational but not inappropriate , giving prime importance to what the customer wants to say and is dealing with. 
  • Do proper research on all prospective customers before reaching out to them.
  • Do not use any customer data for personal use. 
  • Do not reveal your identity to customers, more than your real or screen name, as preferred by you.  
  • Take extreme care to manage your moods, language and emotions while interacting with a customer online or offline. Communicate effectively. 
  • Invest time in self research and development by listening to your own recordings. 
  • Provide detailed requirements along with business justifications for all aspects of product development, ahead of time and request. 
  • Working seamlessly between various departments as and when required. Participate in offline / ground business development activities as and when needed. 
  • Be open to working on weekends or other holidays as per the project requirements
  • Participate in analyzing and resolving customer issues related to MMT. 
  • As a joinee you'll need to attend a 7 day training period where you'll be trained using various training tools. The first 4 training days will be basic training for the profile you're appointed for. If the trainer is confident in you handling the profile then you'll be immediately given the offer letter. However if the trainer feels that you're not ready then 3 days of advanced training is provided after which final assessment is done. If the result is positive then you'll be given the offer letter and will be kept on one month of probation period.
  • The company holds the right to relieve you during or after the training or probation period if the performance is not satisfactory. 
  • You'll not be compensated for the training period but if you carry on with the month then the training days will be compensated as a part of your monthly salary.


You need to understand & execute your specific roles in each department which are as under:

  • Concept: Work closely with founders on keeping the concept updated based on market research, interactions with customers and your own understanding of industry.
  • HR: Cooperate with managers in helping you settle down | Follow structures and processes on daily basis | Report problems immediately and follow up with HR/Product Manager / VP Business / Founders if not resolved or heard within reasonable time. Keep all communication over email | Adopt the organizational culture of research and growth. Keep the team, customers and stay happy ! 
  • Engineering & Design: Provide customers and your feedbacks to Engineering team / product manager / founders. 
  • Date Mining: Provide genuine feedback on data quality to miners and share any findings on new places to fetch data from. 
  • Marketing: Ideate or execute marketing ideas for all online and offline mediums. 
  • Surverys and Research: Participate in internal and external surveys for research and development. 
  • Business Development: Innovate on ways to reach out to artists and producers worldwide
