- Business Development Manager post for works to improve an organization’s market position and achieve financial growth.
- Understand long-term organizational strategic goals, builds key customer relationships, identifies business opportunities,
- Negotiates and closes business deals and maintains extensive knowledge of current market conditions and responsibility to develop the pipeline of new business coming in to the company
- responsible for developing business for the company,
- Identification of Customer Needs and Challenges,
- Market Knowledge about technology,Online Bidding / Writing SRSGood Communication skills, passionate about work, Disciplined, honest hard working, focused Target oriented,Excellent command of written & spoken English.
- Lead generation, cold calling, follow up, negotiation andconsultative discussions with clients to finalize the closure.
- should have good knowledge of freelance websites like elance, guru, Analysis of the market and requirement gathering.
- Exploration of all Outbound mediums to close the business deal. Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Emailing & Calling to Prospects.
- Act as liaison between client and the delivery team9.
- A good communication skill in English is have experience in Mobile app and Web Development services.
