Marketing Executives -  to market our services and products 

Marketing Executives are the representatives of our company, who deal with clients directly. We will provide a salary with TA/DA and Incentives Extra for them and the salary package will be between Rs. 15,000 - Rs. 20,000 per month and will confirm the exact salary depends on upon the performance of the candidate at the time of Interview. 
They will be assisted by a team of Business Development Executives/Telemarketers who are responsible for doing back office marketing jobs. 
They will perform the back end follow-ups, documentation and emailing etc for assisting the Marketing Executives in field duty. 
So they just need to generate sales or orders for the company by dealing the clients directly using their marketing tactics.
The prime and ultimate responsibility of Marketing Executives is to attain sales of the company services and products.

• Act as a contact point between company and potential markets
• Should have zeal to get more sales and earn huge incentives.
• Represent company in a professional manner at all times.
• Identifying new contacts and develop sales for the company
• Convert Potential leads into Clients
• Analyze client's requirements and introduce the best solution for them
• Follow ups with existing clients.
• Negotiate on the pricing in a professional way
• Meet clients directly or face-to-face for acquiring work orders for the company
• Should listen to client requirements carefully and present appropriate product or service demonstrations
• listen to customer needs and sell the most appropriate product for them
• Handle and influence the clients tactfully to achieve sales for the company
• Speak  clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations
• Ability to effectively present information to clients
• Capable of using logic for handling a client and thereby achieving sales for the company
• Excellent presentation skills, with a Confidence in Meeting Decision Makers and Big Clients
• Acquisition of New Clients and Market for further development of Business.
• Identify and determine new market for the Company
• Achieve sales for the company even in challenging situations
• Building and maintaining healthy business relations with all clients
• Capable of interacting with customers in a professional manner.
• Updating daily bases sales reports to the superiors
