We want man power for Multi recharge and Retails Outlet business Sales person. For Multi Recharge/money transfer Manpower
Work profile: Crete distributors and generate WOD Focus on Outlets and revenue . 

JOB PROFILE 
Objectives To spearhead and build the Prepay business of assigned territory Major Deliverable s Maintain and increase the ROI of the organization. 
Develop Channels, distributor & Retail network, Meet / Exceed overall volume and revenue targets as per ABP. 
Monitor competition and provide market intelligence report, Identify new opportunities for revenue enhancement through close interaction with customers Increase ARPU , Ensuring market leadership among competition. 

1. Primary, Secondary Pre Pay Sales. 
2. Distributor and Retail Management. 
3. Ensuring Volume Targets and dealer probability. 
4. Sales Forecasting and implementation of Plans. 
5. Managing Market Intelligence. 
6. Revenue , ARPU, UAO, Sales Mgt Function / Domain Mobility-Inbound Sales Reporting To- Role of the manager
